TORONTO, Oct 20 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
ended nearly unchanged on Tuesday as early strength in Barrick
Gold (ABX.TO: Quote) and other gold miners was erased by lower gold
prices and offset by a surge by Cameco Corp (CCO.TO: Quote), which
shot higher on the possibility of a jump in uranium prices.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed
down 1.43 points at 11,536.96.
