TORONTO, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
opened lower on Monday as a stronger U.S. dollar pressured gold
prices, dragging down shares of Barrick Gold (ABX.TO: Quote) and other
gold miners.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 44.86
points, or 0.39 percent, at 11,465.94 at the open.
