CANADA STOCKS-TSX up 1 pct, energy shares lead
TORONTO, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index rose 1 percent on Monday morning as energy shares jumped on news of a $30 billion Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N: Quote) deal to buy XTO Energy.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 120.9 points, or 1.06 percent, at 11,544.83.
