CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends bumpy session higher, led by RIM

 TORONTO, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
ended higher on Friday, led by strong golds and a huge jump in
heavyweight tech stock Research In Motion RIM.TO, while a
quarterly options expiry deadline increased market volatility.
 The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially ended up
51.43 points, or 0.45 percent, at 11,524.49.
