CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls 1 pct on weak resources, jobs data
TORONTO Feb 4 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index fell sharply at the open on Thursday, hurt by weaker commodity prices and an unexpected rise in U.S. weekly jobless claims.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 114.12 points, or 1 percent, at 11,276.34, shortly after the open. (Reporting by Ka Yan Ng; editing by Peter Galloway)
