CANADA STOCKS-TSX slips on gold, soft corporate results

TORONTO Feb 24 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index was slightly lower on Wednesday as a weaker gold price dragged down producers and weaker than expected corporate results weighed.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 6.68 points, or 0.06 percent, at 11,520.03. (Reporting by Ka Yan Ng; editing by Rob Wilson)
