CANADA STOCKS-TSX little changed, commodities firm

 TORONTO, March 18 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market
index was little changed in early trade on Thursday as firmness
in commodity issues was offset by weakness in financial
issues.
 At 9:33 a.m. (1333 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's
S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 4.22 points at
12,104.88, after falling 9.52 points at the open.
