CANADA STOCKS-TSX extends fall, down 2 pct as oil slides
TORONTO, May 7 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell more than 2 percent on Friday morning, with heavily weighted energy stocks following crude prices lower and investor confidence shaken by Thursday's stunning sell-off.
At 10:28 a.m (1428 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 241.87 points at 11,600.56. (Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson; editing by Peter Galloway)
