CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls on gold tumble, Germany's move
TORONTO, May 19 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell on Wednesday as mining and energy shares tumbled on sliding gold prices and investor worries over Germany's ban on some risky bets aimed at limiting speculative trading.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 87.13 points, or 0.74 percent, at 11,677.38. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
