CANADA STOCKS-TSX closes higher for first time in 7 sessions
TORONTO, May 21 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index ended a six session losing streak to finish higher on Friday as low prices attracted bargain-hunters, pushing up energy and mining shares.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed up 106.81 points, or 0.94 percent, at 11,512.76. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Rob Wilson)
