CANADA STOCKS-China data, euro zone moves spur big TSX rally
TORONTO, June 10 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index closed sharply higher on Thursday, led by the heavyweight resource and financial sectors, after European Central Bank moves and data showing a surge in China's exports sparked upbeat sentiment.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed up 187.19 points, or 1.63 percent, at 11,637.83. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; Editing by Peter Galloway)
