TORONTO, June 14 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index was little changed at Monday's close as gold shares fell and a debt downgrade of Greece offset investor optimism over robust European industrial data.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed 5.34 points, or 0.05 percent, higher at 11,762.26. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; editing by Peter Galloway)
