CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens little changed, golds support

 TORONTO, June 18 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
eked out a slim gain at the open on Friday as gold-mining
issues rose on strength in bullion prices.
 The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE rose 0.97 of a point to 11,946.94 at the open.
