CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends lower on global recovery doubts
TORONTO, June 24 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index closed steeply lower on Thursday, despite strong commodity prices and moderately positive U.S. economic data, as investors continued to have doubts about the pace of the global economic recovery.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed 134.53 points, or 1.14 percent, lower at 11,672.97. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; Editing by Peter Galloway)
