CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls 3 percent on economic fears

TORONTO, June 29 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index extended its fall on Tuesday in a broad-based sell-off as slowing growth in China, Europe's debt crisis and a drop in consumer confidence unnerved investors.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 348.31 points, or 3 percent, at 11,258.69.. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; Editing by Peter Galloway)
