CANADA STOCKS-TSX jumps on commodities, risk rally
TORONTO, July 6 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index opened higher on Tuesday, bouncing back from its lowest close in eight months, helped by commodity prices, which rose in a global rally of riskier assets.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 112.57 points, or 1.01 percent, at 11,205.07 shortly after the open. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; editing by Peter Galloway)
