CANADA STOCKS-TSX slides on weak resources, U.S. Fed
TORONTO, July 21 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index skidded on Wednesday as weak commodity prices pushed down resource issues and the U.S. Federal Reserve said the U.S. economy faces "unusually uncertain" prospects.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 125.61 points, or 1.08 percent, at 11,504.27. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
