CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls 1 percent on weak resource shares
TORONTO, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index sank 1 percent at midday on Thursday in a broad sell-off led by falling commodity-linked shares.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE fell 124.78 points, or 1.01 percent, to 12,258.04, with all of its 10 main sectors lower. The index hit its highest level in two years on Wednesday. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
