CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower as commodities weigh
TORONTO, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell at the open on Tuesday as a stronger U.S. dollar pressured commodity prices, weighing on the index's hefty resource sectors.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 4.95 points, or 0.04 percent, at 12,658.63 at the open. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
