TORONTO, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
turned negative on Monday afternoon, dragged down as gold
miners dropped on weak bullion prices as the U.S. dollar
recovered from earlier losses.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE slipped 1.82 points to 12,674.42. Eight of the
index's 10 main groups were lower, pulling the overall index
from its highest level in more than two years, reached earlier
in the session.
