CANADA STOCKS-TSX sags; focus on U.S. vote, Fed meeting
TORONTO, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index ended slightly lower on Monday with investors cautious ahead of Tuesday's mid-term U.S. congressional elections and the start of the U.S. Federal Reserve's policy meeting the same day.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 11.43 points, or 0.09 percent, at 12,664.81. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
