TORONTO, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index rose at the open on Thursday in a broadbased rally lead by technology, oil and mining issues.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE rose 3.17 points, or 0.02 percent, to 13,683.46 at the open. All but health care stocks were in positive territory.
