CANADA STOCKS-TSX tumbles 2 pct as resources sink

 TORONTO, May 3 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
extended its slump on Tuesday as falling commodity prices drove
resource shares deep into negative territory.
 The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE fell 278.57 points, or 2 percent, to 13,655.94.
