CANADA STOCKS-TSX closes down, resources weigh

TORONTO, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
closed lower on Thursday, as the heavily-weighted energy,
materials and financial groups were dragged down by falling
resource prices and disappointing U.S. economic data.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE unofficially closed down 84.32 points, or 0.63
percent at 13,311.67.
