CANADA STOCKS-TSX rallies at open on resources
TORONTO, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index opened sharply higher on Tuesday, as mining stocks were buoyed by record commodity prices and as the Bank of Canada held interest rates steady.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE climbed 87.66 points, or 0.66 percent to 13,363.78 at the open.
