CANADA STOCKS-TSX hits one-week low as weaker commodities weigh
TORONTO, March 8 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock exchange fell to a one-week low shortly after the open on Tuesday, as energy producers and miners dropped on softer commodity prices.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE fell 0.63 of a point to 14,091.72, before further extending losses. Earlier, the index had opened in slightly positive territory. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
