CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls at open, dragged lower by metals
TORONTO, June 8 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index opened broadly lower on Wednesday as concerns over the state of the global economy intensified and metal prices weakened, though higher energy shares helped limit the loss.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE opened down 55.81 points, or 0.42 percent, at 13,227.11. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; editing by Peter Galloway)
