CANADA STOCKS-TSX slips as gold price falters
TORONTO, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index ended slightly lower on Thursday, pressured by weak bullion prices as investors unwound safe-haven trades after the release of upbeat U.S. economic data.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially ended down 8.73 points, or 0.07 percent, at 12,033.53. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
