CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns higher, helped by gold stocks
TORONTO, April 14 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index turned higher on Thursday morning as a rise in gold-mining stocks helped offset disappointing North American economic data and concerns about Greek debt.
