TORONTO, May 18 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index rose to a one-week high on Wednesday morning helped by a rebound in prices for oil, gold and copper.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 139.37 points, or 1.04 percent, at 13,580.43. Nine of its 10 sectors were higher, with materials, energy, and infotech each up more than 1 percent. (Reporting by Ka Yan Ng; editing by Peter Galloway)
