CANADA STOCKS-TSX rises at open on commodity gains

 TORONTO, May 19 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
opened higher on Thursday as rising commodity prices boosted
market sentiment.
 The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE was up 1.16 points to 13,608.41 at the open, with oil
and gas shares leading the way.
