CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns higher on resource stocks

 TORONTO, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
turned higher on Friday morning as stronger resource and bank
issues erased earlier losses, brushing off concerns over
monetary tightening in China.
 The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE was up 13.52 points, or 0.11 percent, 12,883.53.
