CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher; commodities, risk appetite rise
TORONTO, June 21 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index opened higher on Tuesday as firmer commodity prices helped resource stocks lead the markets higher and as optimism Greece can resolve its latest debt crisis helped whet investor appetite for risk.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE opened up 2.95 points at 12,860.65. (Reporting by Solarina Ho; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
