CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens flat as commodity prices weaken

TORONTO, April 26 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index was little changed in early dealings on Tuesday as hopes for strong corporate earnings offset a dip in commodity prices.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE opened up 0.21 of a point at 13,907.53, before turning slightly negative. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; editing by Peter Galloway)
