BERLIN (Reuters) - Seven Russian soccer fans beat up three Spanish tourists outside Cologne's landmark cathedral on Thursday, a police spokesman said, adding that six of the Russians were detained.

German media said the Russians were returning to Moscow from the European Championship in France and that two of the Spaniards were seriously injured.
