New Brunswick sells C$400 mln of notes - term sheet

Nov 7 (Reuters) - The Canadian province of New Brunswick on Wednesday sold C$400 million ($404 million) of debt, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.

The 2.85 percent notes, due June 2, 2023, were priced at 99.621 to yield 2.892 percent or 105 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark.

The investment dealer arm of Royal Bank of Canada was lead manager of the sale.
