Nov 7 (Reuters) - The Canadian province of Saskatchewan on Wednesday sold C$300 million ($303 million) in a reopening of an existing issue, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.

The 3.40 percent bonds, due Feb. 3, 2042, were priced at 104.124 to yield 3.182 percent or 86.5 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark.
