Westcoast Energy sells C$250 mln debt-term sheet
Nov 28 (Reuters) - Westcoast Energy Inc on Wednesday sold C$250 million ($253 million) of 10-year medium term notes, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The 3.12 percent notes, due Dec. 5, 2022, were priced at 99.966 to yield 3.124 percent, or 140.5 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark.
The investment dealer arm of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce was the bookrunning manager of the sale.
