Jan 8 (Reuters) - The Canadian province of Quebec on Tuesday sold C$500 million ($505 million) of debt in a reopening of an existing issue, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The 3.00 percent notes, due Sept. 1, 2023, were priced at 99.394 to yield 3.067 percent or 103.5 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark.
The total issue amount is now C$2 billion ($2.02 billion).
The lead manager of the sale was the investment dealer arm of National Bank of Canada.
