Canadian home prices fall in December- Teranet
TORONTO Jan 14 (Reuters) - Canadian home prices fell in December from a month earlier, the second consecutive monthly decline, the Teranet-National Bank Composite House Price Index showed on Wednesday.
The index, which measures price changes for repeat sales of single-family homes, showed national home prices fell 0.2 percent last month. Prices were still up 4.95 percent from a year earlier. (Reporting by Andrea Hopkins)
