Canada plans to issue US$ bond to diversify FX reserves
TORONTO, March 10 (Reuters) - Canada plans to issue a U.S. dollar-denominated global bond later this week, the country's finance minister said on Tuesday.
The issue will supplement and diversify Canada's foreign exchange reserves and help meet foreign currency requirements, Finance Minister Joe Oliver said in a brief statement.
