BUZZ- U.S. IPOs: Stage set for busy June

** Memorial Day to July 4 is historically a brisk issuance period; deal window last year accounted for 11 pct and 15 pct of IPO and total proceeds raised, respectively, according to IFR

** All five IPOs last week price and trade to premiums, which bodes well for an expected surge in deal kickoffs in coming weeks

** Three tech co's, a REIT and healthcare-related company (non-biotech) raise $1.1 bln

** Shopify Inc pops as Canadian ecommerce platform prices its IPO above twice upwardly-revised filed range

** Fidelity National Financial spinout Black Knight Financial Services raises $507 mln (inclusive of shoe) in week's largest IPO; mortgage data provider's shares follow solid first-day rise and returned 16 pct by week's end

** Alongside last week's IPOs, 18 follow-ons ($5 bln) and one convert price for total transaction value of $6.3 bln

** Blocks remain prominent as eight deals raise nearly $3 bln

** According to Thomson Reuters data, block trades represent 41 pct of equity issuance YTD and outpace 2014 totals; 109 blocks have raised $43.9 bln so far versus 103 for $26.5 bln at same time last year

** Most notable, sponsors again cut stakes via blocks for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings ($1.1 bln) and Aramark ($790 mln)   Continued...
