CANADA STOCKS-TSX closes higher as energy shares lead

TORONTO, June 10 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index finished higher on Wednesday, as energy stocks, bolstered by higher crude prices, led gains.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index ended up 71.33 points, or 0.48 percent, at 14,889.04. Eight of the index’s 10 main sectors advanced. (Reporting by Solarina Ho, editing by G Crosse)
