Sept 17 (Reuters) - A potash marketing strategy that focuses on maximizing sales volume rather than price fails the "economic sniff test," Mosaic Co Jim Prokopanko said on Tuesday at the Credit Suisse Chemical and Ag Science investor conference in New York.
