Alberta, British Columbia tentatively agree on oil, gas shipment

Nov 5 (Reuters) - Alberta and British Columbia on Tuesday announced a framework agreement between the two provinces on moving oil and natural gas to new markets.

The announcement was made in a statement by the premiers of the two Western Canadian provinces after officials had worked through the night. The two premiers were due to meet on Tuesday but initial media reports said the meeting had been called off.
