Ford Credit Canada sells C$500 mln 3-year notes
Nov 13 (Reuters) - Ford Credit Canada Co LLC on Wednesday sold C$500 million ($476 million) of three-year notes due Nov. 21, 2016, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The 2.634 percent notes were priced at par to yield 130 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark, according to the term sheet.
The joint lead managers on the sale were the investment dealer arms of Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, HSBC, Bank of Nova Scotia and Toronto-Dominion Bank.
