CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends higher as U.S. data, Fed support
TORONTO, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index rose on Friday, lifted by positive U.S. economic data and the Federal Reserve's announcement this week to begin winding down its bond-buying program. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed up 8.94 points, or 0.07 percent, at 13,401.14. Eight of the 10 main sectors on the index were higher.
