TORONTO, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened
higher on Tuesday after concerns about emerging markets eased a
little, with investors looking ahead to a U.S. Federal Reserve
meeting that could determine next steps for the central bank's
stimulus program.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
was up 31.14 points, or 0.23 percent, at 13,613.43
shortly after the open.
