CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls sharply after Ottawa shootings, energy selloff
TORONTO, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index fell hard on Wednesday, hit by news of shootings in Ottawa and a sharp selloff in energy shares after oil prices tumbled. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 235.64 points, or 1.62 percent, at 14,312.07. All 10 main sectors on the index were in the red.
