CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher after positive U.S. data

TORONTO, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened higher on Tuesday as strong U.S. economic growth data supported the case for equities, driving gains in every major sector.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was up 53.21 points, or 0.35 percent, at 15,068.62 shortly after the open.
